“We were working with a lot of details across a variety of skill sets (carpentry, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, painting) that needed close collaboration and project management. The Spaldings said that it was clear that Todd had experience with renovations in the mid-to-higher end market, citing that his suggestions on some of the redesign were very helpful. The couple said that TCC was easy to work with in terms of providing changes, change orders and making sure that they understood the implications of the changes as they moved through the project. As such, improvements were made without exceeding budget by any great degree.
